Kim Parbery

Kim Parbery initially worked for Ian McHardy in his Henderson practice for several years, while raising a young family. Kim then spent several years travelling, studying and working for various law firms around Auckland, specialising in residential and commercial property law, trusts and estates, prior to rejoining Ian in 1998.

Kim was made a partner in 2005 and is a member of the Property Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society. Kim Parbery is now the Principal of the firm.

Kim's qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Studies degree, Bachelor of Laws degree and Diploma in Business Finance.

Ian McHardy has been in general practice as a Barrister & Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand since 1966.

Ian's experience covers most areas of law including work as legal advisor to several successful family business clients.

Ian obtained a Master of Laws degree in 1996 after in depth study in local government law, public law, and contract.
